ZOLUX - Transport basket "Cosy+" for rabbit and rodent

The advantages and information of the "Cosy +" Transport Basket

To go to the veterinarian, go on vacation or simply make a short trip, the Zolux Cosy+ transport basket offers a practical solution for moving your small companion.

With its dimensions of 38 × 24 × 23 cm, it is specially adapted for small animals up to 2.5 kg. It can notably suit small rabbits, guinea pigs, and other rodents, taking into account the morphology and weight of each animal.

Its design combines ease of transport, ventilation, and practical access to the animal.

Two practical handles for easy movement

The Cosy+ is equipped with two transport handles allowing a good grip on the basket during movements.

It also has a system allowing the use of a shoulder strap, particularly practical for keeping hands free during a trip or a visit to the veterinarian.

Transparent top hatch

The hatch located on the top of the basket allows easy access to your animal without having to dismantle the basket.

Its transparent part also allows for some visibility inside while facilitating the monitoring of your small companion during transport.

Well-ventilated basket

The numerous ventilation openings arranged on the top part promote air circulation inside the basket.

This ventilation is particularly important when transporting a rabbit or a rodent, especially when temperatures are mild or during prolonged trips.

Possibility to add a lock

For added security, the Cosy+ basket offers the possibility to install a small lock to secure its closure.

An interesting feature during movements, especially when the basket needs to be handled or transported over a certain distance.

Le Petit Rongeur Advice

Before purchasing, check the weight but also the size of your animal: it must be able to be comfortably installed in its transport basket.

To make the trip more pleasant, you can place a small towel, an absorbent mat, or a pad at the bottom of the basket, to offer a more comfortable and non-slip surface.

For large rabbits or those exceeding 2.5 kg, choose a more spacious transport model.
